CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rearranging your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION FEES
- 50% of your treatment fee for cancellations less than 12 hours notice.
- 100% of your treatment fee for cancellations less than 6 hours notice.
* If I can fill your changed/cancelled appointment time, you will not be charged a fee. You are welcome to send a friend/family member in your place to avoid these fees.
I am self employed so the 24 hour cancellation period allows me time to potentially fill your spot and recoup the loss of income when clients cancel. It also gives me the opportunity to offer it to another client who may be on the waitlist for that particular day.
